(ԱՐՄԵՆՊՐԵՍ) Շվեդիայի Հայ դատի հանձախումբը հետամուտ է լինելու Ադրբեջանի գործողություններին արժանի գնահատական տալու հարցում: Այս մասին «Արմենպրես»-ի հետ զրույցում նշեց Շվեդիայում Հայ Դատի հանձնախմբի ղեկավար Արշակ Գավաֆյանը:
«Քառօրյա պատերազմը որոշակիորեն փոխեց մեր գործողությունների շեշտադրումը: Հայ դատի հանձնախմբերը միշտ էլ իրենց օրակարգում ունեցել են Արցախի միջազգայինորեն ճանաչման հարցը: Այսօր այդ գործընթացը ոչ միայն նոր թափ պետք է ստանա, այլև տարբեր ուղղություններով ևս պետք է աշխատանք տարվի: Մասնավորապես, ղարաբաղյան իրադարձությունների վերաբերյալ միջազգային հանրության գնահատականների հարցում: Այդ գնահատականներում կամ հայտարարություններում հիմնականում հավասարության նշան է դրվում, այսինքն` կոչերը երկու կողմին են ուղղվում: Այժմ պետք է մեր ջանքներն ավելացնենք, որ այդ մոտեցումը փոխվի»,-ասաց Արշակ Գավաֆյանը:
Դրանից բացի, Արշակ Գավաֆյանի կարծիքով, ջանքերը պետք է ավելացնել Ադրբեջանի վայրագ գործողությունները միջազգային հանրության կողմից դատապարտելու առումով:
«Այդ վայրագությունները հիշեցնում են ծայրահեղ իսլամիստների ձեռագիրը, ինչպես նաև 1915 թվականի Հայոց ցեղասպանությունը կամ Սումգայիթի ջարդերը: Ակնհայտ է` այն, ինչ տեսանք քառօրյա պատերազմի ժամանակ, նախկինում եղած վայրենի արարքների շարունակությունն է: Հայոց բանակի զինվորին գլխատելը, քաղաքացիական անձանց թիրախավորելը, ծերերի ականջները կտրելը. միջազգային հանրությունը չպետք է այդ վայրագությունների վրա աչք փակի»,-ասաց Արշակ Գավաֆյանը: Նա նշեց, որ այդ հարցերի հետ կապված առաջիկայում պաշտոնական նամակներ կուղարկվեն Շվեդիայի համապատասխան գերատեսչություններին: Արշակ Գավաֆյանը նկատեց, որ Եվրոպան ունի սկզբունքներ, բայց միշտ չէ, որ դրանք հարգվում են:
«Իրենք շատ լավ ընդունում են Արցախի իրավունքները, սակայն չեն արտահայտվում, հավասարության նշան են դնում կողմերի միջև: Պատճառը շահն է: Իհարկե, մենք չենք հուսահատվում և շարունակում ենք աշխատել, առաջիկայում մեր ջանքերն ավելացնելու ենք, բայց կարծում եմ, որ պետք է մի բան պարզ լինի բոլորի համար: Մեր երաշխիքը մնում է մեր բանակը: Նույնիսկ, եթե վաղը Ադրբեջանը որևէ փաստաթուղթ ստորագրի, միևնույն է դա երաշխիք չէ, և մենք չենք կարող նրան վստահել: Կրկնում եմ, մեր միակ երաշխիքը բանակն է, դա նշանակում է, որ պետք է հզորացնենք մեր բանակը»,-ասաց Արշակ Գավաֆյանն` ավելացնելով, որ բանակի հզորացման հարցը շեշտադրվեց նաև Արցախում կայացած Հայ դատի հանձնախմբերի համաժողովին:
Ընդգծվեց, որ պետք է մոբիլիզացնել ունեցած ներուժը բանակը հզորացնելու համար: Ըստ նրա` քայլեր պետք է ձեռնարկվեն նաև Հայաստանում` բյուջեի ծախսերի արդյունավետությունը բարձրացնելու համար: Ի դեպ, այս օրերին Շվեդիայում հանգանակություն է իրականացվում Արցախին աջակցելու նպատակով:
Swedish Armenian Committee for Justice and Democracy (ANC Sweden) to work on giving proper assessment to Azerbaijani actions
(ARMENPRESS) The head of the Swedish Armenian Committee for Justice and Democracy (ANC Sweden) Arshak Gavafyan says the Committee will be consistent with giving proper assessment to the Azerbaijani actions.
“The four-day war has changed the emphasis of our activities. The issue of the international recognition of the Nagorno Karabakh has always been on the agenda of the Armenian National Committees. Today, this process should not only take a new path, but we should conduct works in different directions. In particular, we focus our attention to the assessments by the international community to the Karabakh events. Since these statements and assessments are directed to the both sides, we should change this approach and try to remove the equal sign of these assessments,” Gavafyan stated.
Moreover, he stated that the efforts should be increased to condemn the Azerbaijani hostilities by the international community.
“These hostilities recall the signature of the extremist Islamists, as well as the massacres of the 1915 Armenian Genocide or Sumgait. It was obvious that the events of the four-day war were the continuation of the previous hostilities. The decapitation of the Armenian soldier, targeting the civilian people, cutting the ears of the elderly people: the international community should respond to these hostilities”, Gavafyan said. He stated that in this regard they will sent official letters to the respective agencies of Sweden. He said the Europe has principles which are not always being respected.
*They admit the rights of the Nagorno Karabakh, however, they do not respond to this and put equal sign between the two sides. The reason is the interest. Of course, we are not disappointed and continue to work and increase our efforts, but I think that one thing should be clear for everyone: our guarantee is our army. Even if Azerbaijan will sign a document tomorrow, it is not a guarantee, and we cannot trust it. “I repeat, our major guarantee is the army, which means that we should strengthen our army”, Arshak Gavafyan said adding that they stressed the issue of strengthening the army during the convention of the Armenian National Committees in the Nagorno Karabakh.
He emphasized the need to mobilize the existing potential for strengthening the army. He said steps should be taken also in Armenia to increase the efficiency of the budget expenditure. Moreover, donation is being carried out in Sweden these days to help the Nagorno Karabakh.
