Դեկտեմբերի 10-ին, երբ ողջ աշխարհում նշվում է մարդու հիմնարարար ազատությունների, ժողովուրդների իրավունքների ու ինքնորոշման իրավունքի օրը, Փարիզի կենտրոնում, Ելիսյան պալատի հարեւանությամբ Cercle de l’Union Interalliée դահլիճում, ՀՅԴ Բյուրոյի նախաձեռնությամբ, հավաքվել էին հոգեւոր, պետական, քաղաքական, կուսակցական այրեր, միասնաբար մասնակցելու Հայ Դատի աշխատնքների հզորացման ու աջակցության համար կազմակերպված դրամահավաք ճաշկերույթին։
Պատվո սեղանի շուրջ էին Մեծի Տանն Կիլիկիո կաթողիկոս Արամ առաջին վեհափառը, ՀՀ Արտաքին Գործերի նախարար Էդուարդ Նալբանդյանը, Վատիկանում եւ Ֆրանիսայում ՀՀ արտակարգ եւ լիազոր դեսպաններ Միքայել Մինասյանն ու Վիգեն Չիթեչյանը, «Փյունիկ» հիմնադրամի նախագահ Լեւոն Սարգսյանն ու պատվո նախագահ Գաբրիել Չեմբերջին, Ֆրանսիայի Հայոց թեմի առաջնորդ Տ. Վահան եպիս. Հովհաննիսյանը, Թեհրանի Հայոց թեմի առաջնորդ Սեպուհ արք. Սարգսյանը, ՀՅԴ Բյուրոյի անդամ Մուրատ Փափազյանը, Լիբանանի խորհրդարանի պատգամավոր, ՀՅԴ Լիբանանի Կենտրոնական կոմիտեի ներկայացուցիչ Հակոբ Բագրատունին։
Ողջունելով ներկաներին եւ Հայ Դատին հանգանակության մասնակցած բոլոր բարերաներին, ՀՅԴ Բյուրոյի ներկայացուցիչ Հրանտ Մարգարյանն անդրադարձավ Հայ Դատի հանձնախմբերի գործունեությանն ու նրանց վարած աշխատանքի քաղաքական ու ռազմավարական կարեւորույթանը։ «Հայ Դատի պայքարը անցյալի համար չէ։ Հայաստանի Հանրապետության, այսօրվա Հայաստանի անվտանգության պայքար է», շեշտեց նա։
Բանախոսը հատուկ կարեւորեց հանգամանքը, որ Հայ Դատի համար աշխատանքները հիմնված են տեսլականի վրա՝ հանուն Հայաստանի եւ հայության։ «Եթե մենք դադարենք նպատակ ունեցող ազգ լինել, մենք կոչնչանանք, կկորչի մեր էությունը։ Պայքարն է, որ հայության զարգացման պայմանն է հանդիսանում», շեշտեց Հրանտ Մարգարյանն ու մանրամասնեց, որ հանուն Հայ Դատի պայքարը կուսակցական հարց չէ։ Նա ցավով արձանագրեց, որ այս բնագավառում աշխատող շատ քիչ թվով կազմակերպություններ կան, այդ իսկ պատճառով՝ ճակատագրով այդ գործը վիճակված է ՀՅ Դաշնակցությանը։ Եթե շատերը լինեին այդ պայքարում, ապա կլիներ առողջ մրցակցություն, ու արդյունքներն էլ ավելին կլինեին։ Թեեւ Հայ Դատի հանձնախմբերի ու գրասենյակների մղած պայքարն ունի ահռելի արդյունքներ անգամ հիմա, շեշտեց Հրանտ Մարգարյանն ու հիշեցրեց վերջին թարմ օրինակը, երբ Ադրբեջանը բողոքում է այն փաստի դեմ, որ Ֆրանիսայի նորանշանակ ներքին գործերի նախարարը նրանց սեւ ցուցակում է հայտնվել, քանի որ ՀՅԴ Հայ Դատի նախաձեռնությամբ այցելել է Արցախ։ Դրամահավաքով առավել հզորացած Հայ Դատի հանձնախմբերը շատ ավելի քաղաքական գործիչների կարող են բերել Արցախ, շատ ավելի գործ կարող են անել, ամփոփեց ՀՅԴ Բյուրոյի ներկայացուցիչը։
Արտգործնախարար Էդուարդ Նալբանդյանը ողջույնի իր խոսքում հիշեցրեց դեռ 10 տարի առաջ, նույն Փարիզում Pro Armenia խորագրով կայացած համաժողովը, երբ դեռ դեսպան էր Ֆրանիսայում։ Դրանից անցել են երկար տարիներ, արձանագրվել են բազում ձեռքբերումներ։ «Ոչ բոլոր ժողովուրդներն ունեն իրենց անունով դատ, երազում ենք գա մի օր, որ այդ դատ լուծվի» շեշտեց նա։ Նա հաջորղության մաղթեց Հայ Դատի աշխատանքներին ու մաղթեց, որ ձեռքբերումները ուղեկցեն այդ դատի սպասավորներին։
Պայքարի սպասավորությանն ու կամավորույթանն անդրադարձավ նաեւ Արամ Ա Մեծի Տանն Կիլիկիո կաթողիկոսը։ «Եթե չլիներ նվիրումը, հանձնառությունը, արդյունքն էլ չէր լինի։ Մենք հարուստ չենք, բայց նվիրումով, փոքր գումարով հսկա գործ է կատարվում։ Մենք պետք է կարողանանք միախմբվել» արձանագրեց Վեհափառը։ Նա խոսեց հայության իրավունքների պաշտպանության, Դատի հետապնդման մասին, հիշեցնելով, որ օրերս Սիսի կաթողիկոսանիստի վերադարձի պահանջով դիմել են Եվրադատարնին։
Վեհափառը ավելի ուշ լրագրողների հետ զրույցում հատուկ կարեւորեց ՀՅԴ Հայ Դատի հանձնախմբերի հաշվետվողականությունը։ Այն գումարները, որ հանգանակվում են, հետո նաեւ դրանց շուրջ մանրամասն հաշվետվություն են ներկայցավում։ Դրա համար էլ այն վստահելի է ու արժանանում է աջակցության։
Հաշվետվությունը ներկայացրեց ՀՅԴ Բյուրոյի անդամ, Հայ Դատի Կենտրոնական խորհրդի ատենապետ Հակոբ Տեր Խաչատրյանը, յատուկ պատրաստված ցուցասալիկներով։ Նա ներկայացրեց հանձնախմբերի եւ գրասենյակների կատարած գործը, ապա մանրակրկիտ թվական հաշվետվության ներկայացրեց հանրությանը։ Հավաքի ընթացքում ցուցադրվեց Հայ Դատի հանձնախմբերի անցած մի քանի տարվա ուղին ներկայացնող տեսանյութ։
Ողջ հավաքի ընթացքում օրվա հանդիսավար Ստեփան Տեր-Պետրոսյանը պարբերաբար հայտարարում էր այն նվիրատվությունների մասին, որոնք կատարվում էին դահլիճում, ու մինչ այդ արդեն կատարվել էին անցնող շաբաթների ընթացքում։ Եվրոպայում, Մերձավոր Արեւելքում, Հայաստանում (Կենտրոնական գրասենյակ) եւ միջազգային կազմակերպություններում Հայ Դատի աշխտանքների համար, հազար դոլարից ու եվրոյից մինչեւ մի քանի տասնյակ հազարանոց նվիրատվություններ, որ կատարվում էին Եվրոպայի, Մերձավոր ու միջին Արեւելքի երկրներից, Ռուսաստանից ու հատակպես՝ Հայաստանից։ Ավարտին արդեն հրապարկվեցին նաեւ մի քանի խոշորածավալ նվիրատվությունների մասին։ 250 հազարական դոլարի նվիրատվություններ էին կատարել Գագիկ Ծառուկյանն ու Սամվել եւ Կարեն Կարապետյանները, 150 հազար՝ Սամվել Ալեքսանյանը, 100 հազարական դոլարի՝ Միքայել Վարդանյանը, Կարեն Վարդանյանը, «Փյունիկ» հիմնադրամը, Մայքըլ Սարյանը։ Արդյունքում հրապարակվեց վերջնական հանգնակված թիվը՝ 3 միլիոն 860 հազար դոլար, որը կարող է նաեւ ավելանալ առաջիկա օրերին։
ՀՅԴ Բյուրոյի ներկայացուցից Հրանտ Մարգարյանը ավարտին գոհունակություն հայտնեց դրամահավաքի արդյունքների առիթով, շնորհակալություն հայտնեց բոլոր նվիրատուներին, եւ վստահեցրեց, որ այն ծառայելու է մեր ժողովուրդների իրավունքների, Հայաստանի հանրապետության ու Արցախի հանրապետության անվտանգության բարձրացման եւ ամրապնդման գործին։
Ճաշկերույթն ավարտվեց գիշերին։ Իսկ ահա վաղ առավոտյան Հայ Դատի տարածաշրջանային հանձնախմբերի պատասխանատուներն ու ՀՅԴ Բյուրոյի հայ Դատի կենտրոնական խորհրդի անդամները գործնական աշխատանքի մեջ էին։
Օգտվելով հանգամանքից, որ այդ օրերի Փարիզում կայացել էր Եվրոպայի տարածքի Հայաստանի դեսպանների հավաքը, նրանք ՀՀ արտգործնախարար Էդուարդ Նալբանդյանի եւ եվրոպական միջազգային կառույցներում ՀՀ մշտական ներկայացուցիչների հետ, մոտ չորս ժամանոց խորհրդակցությունում քննարկեցին բազում հարցեր (լրատվությունն՝ առանձին)։ Փակագծերը չբացեցին։ Բայց վստահեցնում են՝ համատեղ աշխատանքի արդյունքները տեսանելի կլինեն։
$3,860,000 Raised in Paris for Armenian National Committee Activities
(ARMENIAN WEEKLY) PARIS, France—Community and religious leaders, government officials, and benefactors gathered in Paris on Dec. 10— the International Day of Human Rights—at a fundraiser dinner organized by the Armenian Revolutionary Federation-Dashanktsutyun (ARF-D) Bureau, in support of the worldwide Armenian National Committees (ANC/Hye Tahd) at the Cercle de l’Union interalliée Elysian Palace.
Honorary dignitaries included Catholicos Aram I of the Great House of Cilicia, Armenian Foreign Affairs Minister Edward Nalbandian, Armenian Ambassafdor to the Holy See Mikael Minasyan, Armenian Ambassador to France Vigen Chitechyan, Pyunik Human Resources Development Foundation President Levon Sargsyan and Honorary President Gabriel Djambardji, Primate of the Armenian Diocese of France His Grace Bishop Vahan Hovhannisyan, Prelate of Iran Archbishop Sebouh Sarkissian, ARF Bureau member Mourad Papazian, and Lebanese Member of Parliament and ARF Lebanon Central Committee Representative Hagop Pakradouni.
Welcoming the guests and donors ARF Bureau chair Hrant Markarian discussed the activities of the ANC and explained the importance of their political work. “The struggle of the ANC is not a struggle for the past, but a struggle for the modern-day Republic’s stability and security,” said Markarian.
Markarian stressed that the activities of the ANC are based on a vision that benefit Armenia and the Armenian nation. “If we become a nation without a purpose, we will no longer be a nation. It is our struggle against these various conditions that help us develop as a nation,” said Markarian. He added that there are very few organizations in this line of work and because and that the ARF has been destined to take this role. “If there were multiple organizations participating in this struggle, the outcome would be a healthy competition that would produce effective results,” added Markarian.
Markarian reminded the participants of the great results that the work of the ANC has produced, including the most recent example of the newly appointed Interior Minister of France visit to Artsakh (Nagorno-Karabagh/NKR) with the invitation of the ANC. “With the funds raised and the strengthened committees of the ANC, we can bring more powerful politicians to Artsakh and get a great deal of work done,” concluded Markarian.
Foreign Affairs Minister Nalbandian recalled the “Pro Armenia” International Conference, which took place ten years ago in Paris during his tenure as Armenia’s Ambassador to France. In his welcoming remarks, Nalbandian added that the Armenian people have achieved many victories since then. “Not all groups of people have a cause like ours. I hope one day we can find the solution to our struggle,” said Nalbandian, who then wished the ANC the best of luck for their future activities.
Catholicos Aram I then addressed the efforts of all the volunteers and individuals who serve the ANC. “If it weren’t for the dedication and commitment of all the volunteers, we would not see any results. We are not rich, but with our dedication, a huge amount of work can be achieved,” said His Holiness. He discussed the protection of rights of the Armenian people, recalling the recent claim that was submitted to the European Court of Human Rights (ECHR) calling for the return of the historical headquarters of the Holy See of the Great House of Cilicia in Sis (present-day Turkey).
Later speaking to reporters, Aram Catholicos emphasized the importance of the work of the ARF ANC committees. “They are a trustworthy organization that deserve our support,” said the Catholicos.
ARF Bureau member and ANC International Chairman Hagop Der Khatchadourian then presented a report that summarized the work of the committees.
Throughout the event, the Master of Ceremonies Stepan Der Bedrossian announced the donations made that day and in the weeks prior. Contributions were made from Europe, the Middle East, Russia, and Armenia. Several major donations included two donations of $250,000 by Gagik Tsarukyan and Samvel and Karen Karapetyans; a donation of $150,000 by Samvel Aleksanyan; and four donations of $100,000 by Mikael Vardanyan, Karen Vardanyan, Michael Saryan, and the Pyunik Human Resources Development Foundation.
As a result, the final amount of donations that evening reached $3,860,000 and is expected to increase in the coming days.
Markarian concluded the event by thanking all the donors and assuring that the collected funds will serve to protect the rights of the Armenian people and the security and development of both Armenia and Artsakh.
3 860 000 dollars réunis à Paris par la FRA pour le Hay Tad (Cause arménienne)
(Nouvelles d’Arménie) Près du Palais de l’Elysée à Paris, au Cercle de l’Union Interalliée, samedi 10 décembre une réunion au profit des comités de la Cause Arménienne, à l’appel du bureau de la FRA Dashnaktsoutioun a réuni de nombreux invités venus de France mais également de l’étranger. L’appel au financement des comités de la Cause Arménienne s’est soldé par 3,860 millions de dons, soit un peu moins de 3 millions d’euros. Etaient présents à la table d’honneur, le Catholicos Aram Ier de la Grande Maison de Cilicie, Edouard Nalbandian le ministre arménien des Affaires étrangères, Vicken Tchitétchian l’Ambassadeur d’Arménie en France, Mikhaïl Minassian l’Ambassadeur d’Arménie au Vatican, Levon Sarkissian le président de la fondation « Piyunik » et son président d’honneur Gabriel Djémberdji, Mgr Vahan Hovhannissian l’Archevêque de l’Eglise arménienne pour la France, Mgr Sébouh Sarkissian l’Archevêque de l’Eglise arménienne pour l’archevêché de Téhéran, Mourad Papazian membre du Bureau de la FRA et Hagop Bakaratouni le député du Parlement libanais et membre du Comité centrale de la FRA au Liban.
Remerciant les invités pour leur présence pour cet appel de fonds en faveur de la Cause Arménienne, Hrant Markarian le représentant du Bureau de la FRA a salué le travail effectué par les comités et bureaux de la Cause Arménienne dans le domaine politique et l’importance stratégique de leur activité. « La lutte pour la Cause arménienne n’est pas pour hier. Elle est aujourd’hui une lutte pour la sécurité de la République d’Arménie » dit-il et d’ajouter « si nous arrêtons d’être un peuple sans objectif, nous disparaîtrons (…) la lutte est un gage de développement pour le peuple arménien ».
Le chef de la diplomatie arménienne Edouard Nalbandian a dans son discours rappelé la dernière réunion similaire sous le titre de « Pro Armenia » à Paris dix ans plus tôt. E. Nalbandian a souligné le chemin parcouru au cours des dix dernières années et les succès enregistrés. « Tous les peuples ont leur Cause, nous rêvons qu’un jour notre Cause soit résolue » dit-il en souhaitant la réussite aux militants de la Cause Arménienne.
Le Catholicos Aram Ier a de son côté insisté sur la volonté farouche des Arméniens. « Nous ne sommes pas riches, mais par notre engagement, avec une petite somme nous réalisons un travail colossal » dit-il. Aram Ier a rappelé nombre de combats de la Cause arménienne et évoqué l’affaire de la demande de retour du siège de catholicosat arménien de Sis (aujourd’hui en Turquie) dont le dossier est aujourd’hui devant la Cour européenne de justice.
Hagop Der Khatchadourian, responsable du Comité National Arménien-International Tad et membre du bureau de la FRA a présenté par une projection le travail effectué par les Comités de la Cause Arménienne. Stepan Ter-Petrossian annonçant régulièrement les noms des donateurs provenant d’Europe, du Moyen Orient, d’Arménie, de Russie ainsi que d’autres pays. Furent annoncés parmi les généreux donateurs, les noms de Gaguik Dzaroukian et Samvel et Karen Karapetyan avec 250 000 dollars chacun, Samvel Alexanyan (150 000) et Mikhaïl Vardanyan, Karen Vardanyan, la fondation « Piyunik », Michael Sarian avec chacun 100 000 dollars. Ainsi au total 3,860 millions de dollars de dons furent enregistrés. Une somme qui pourrait dépasser les 4 millions de dollars dans les prochains jours au regard des dons qui se poursuivent.
París: Se recaudaron casi cuatro millones de dólares para la tarea del Consejo Nacional Armenio
(DIARIO ARMENIA) Yerkir.- El sábado 10 de diciembre tuvo lugar en Cercle de l’Union Interalliée, centenario edificio ubicado a pasos del Palacio del Eliseo un evento destinado a reunir fondos para financiar los programas de trabajo del Consejo Nacional Armenio (CNA) mundial. Dicha reunión fue organizada por el Buró de la FRA-Tashnagtsutiún con la colaboración de toda la estructura europea de esa organización y también del CNA.
La mesa de honor estaba presidida por el Catolicós de la Gran Casa de Cilicia Aram I, lo acompañaban el ministro de Asuntos Exteriores de Armenia, Eduard Nalbandian, los embajadores Mikael Minassian y Vikén Chitechian, representantes diplomáticos de Armenia en el Vaticano y Francia, respectivamente; Levón Sarkissian, titular de la Fundación Pyunik; Gabriel Djemberdji, presidente honorario de esa entidad; el primado de la Iglesia Armenia de Francia, obispo Vahán Hovhannisian; el primado de la Iglesia Armenia de Teherán, arzobispo Sebuh Sarkissian y el diputado libanés y miembro del Comité Central del Líbano de la FRA, Hagop Pakraduní.
Luego de saludar y agradecer la presencia a los benefactores, el representante del Buró de la FRA-Tashnagtsutiún, Hrant Markarian; se refirió a las tareas que desempeña el Consejo Nacional Armenio y la importancia estratégica y política que representa ese accionar. “La lucha por la Causa Armenia no es por el pasado, es la batalla por la seguridad actual de la República de Armenia”, subrayó.
Markarian expresó con dolor que son muy pocas las organizaciones armenias que actúan en este campo y que esa realidad marca el destino de la FRA-Tashnagtsutiún.
El representante del Buró recordó un ejemplo reciente, cuando el recién designado ministro del Interior francés fue inscripto en la “lista negra” de Azerbaidján por haber viajado a Artsaj bajo los auspicios del CNA.
Por su parte, el canciller Eduard Nalbandian recordó luego de felicitar a los organizadores por la iniciativa, que una década atrás, cuando él era el embajador de Armenia en Francia, asistió a lo que se denominó por entonces “Pro Armenia”, un evento similar al que asistieron varios exjefes de estado. “No todos los pueblos tienen una causa a su nombre, sueño que llegue aquel día en que nuestra causa esté resuelta”, expresó.
“Nosotros no somos ricos, pero con entrega y pequeñas sumas de dinero somos capaces de alcanzar enormes logros. Debemos unirnos más”, sentenció el Catolicós Aram I.
En tanto, el responsable mundial del CNA, Hagop Der Khachadourian e integrante del Buró de la FRA, presentó un detallado informe de lo desarrollado por el Consejo Nacional Armenio en todas sus oficinas y delegaciones.
Al finalizar el evento se dieron a conocer algunas de las donaciones recibidas cuyo monto final alcanzó la suma de 3.860.000 dólares, informándose que probablemente se sumen más donaciones en los próximos días.
