(hayernaysor.am) Յունիս 4-ին ՀՀ սփիւռքի նախարարութեան մէջ տեղի ունեցաւ հեռաժողով` Շուէտի հայ համայնքի ներկայացուցիչներուն հետ, որուն մասնակցեցան ՀՀ սփիւռքի նախարար Հրանոյշ Յակոբեան, նախարարի տեղակալներ Սերժ Սրապիոնեանն ու Վահագն Մելիքեանը, նախարարութեան աշխատակազմի ղեկավար Ֆիրդուս Զաքարեանը, նախարարութեան աշխատակիցներ:
Շուէտէն տեսակապով միացած էին Շուէտի մէջ ՀՀ դեսպան Արտակ Ապիտոնեան, Շուէտի հայկական միութիւնները համադրող կեդրոնի ղեկավար ու Հայ Դատի Յանձնախումբի ատենապետ Արշակ Գաւաֆեանը, Շուէտի ՀՕՄ-ի ատենապետուհի Սիլվա Գուլուզեանը, դեսպանատան աշխատակիցներ, համայնքի ներկայացուցիչներ:
ՀՀ սփիւռքի նախարար Հրանոյշ Յակոբեան ողջունեց հեռաժողովի մասնակիցները եւ շնորհաւորեց Արշակ Գաւաֆեանը` Շուէտի հայկական միութիւնները համադրող կեդրոնի ղեկավարի պաշտօնին ընտրուելուն առիթով:
Անդրադառնալով ապրիլեան դէպքերուն` նախարարը կարեւոր համարեց շուէտական համայնքին կողմէ Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի Հանրապետութեան տրամադրուած աջակցութիւնը: Ան մասնաւորապէս նշեց. «Ապրիլեան քառօրեայ պատերազմից յետոյ Հայկական սփիւռքն առաւել համախմբուած եւ միասնական դարձաւ. կազմակերպուեցին ցոյցեր, միթինկներ, բողոքի ակցիաներ, դրամահաւաքներ, բացուեցին հիմնադրամներ: Օգնութիւնն այսօր էլ շարունակւում է: Այսօր մեր հիմնախնդիրը Հայաստանի եւ Արցախի հզօրացումն է: Միայն հզօր Հայաստանը կարող է լուծել Արցախի հարցը: Պէտք է մտածենք մեր հնարաւորութիւնների, գիտելիքների, կապերի միջոցով հասնել Հայաստանի վարկանիշի բարձրացմանը: Սա պէտք լինի իւրաքանչիւր հայկական համայնքի խնդիրը: Ամենակարեւորը Արցախի միջազգային ճանաչման խնդիրն է»:
Նախարարը կարեւոր համարեց նաեւ հայոց լեզուի պահպանման խնդիրը` որպէս համայնքը հայ պահելու, ազգային ինքնութիւնը պահպանելու հզօր գործօն:
Հեռաժողովի մասնակիցներուն ողջունեց նաեւ Շուէտի մէջ ՀՀ դեսպան Արտակ Ապիտոնեան: Դեսպանը նշեց, որ շուէտահայ համանքը աշխոյժ հայանպաստ գործունէութիւն կը ծաւալէ, աւելցած է կիրակնօրեայ դպրոցներու թիւը, աշխոյժ է Հայ Առաքելական, Հայ Կաթողիկէ եկեղեցիներու գործունէութիւնը:
Դեսպանը յատկապէս կարեւոր նկատեց երիտասարդներու ներգրաւուածութիւնը համայնքային կառոյցներու գործունէութեան մէջ:
Շուէտի հայկական միութիւնները համադրող կեդրոնի ղեկավար Արշակ Գաւաֆեան յոյս յայտնեց, որ տեսակապը նախարարութեան հետ շարունակական կ’ըլլայ եւ համայնքը առաւել ներգրաւուած կ’ըլլայ նախարարութեան ծրագիրներուն մէջ: Ան նշեց, որ Ղարաբաղեան հակամարտութեան խաղաղ կարգաւորման եւ Հայոց ցեղասպանութեան ճանաչման ուղղութեամբ Շուէտի հայկական միութիւնները համադրող կեդրոնը, Հայ Դատի գրասենեակը որոշակի տեղեկատուական եւ լոպիստական աշխատանքներ կը տանին:
Քննարկուեցան նաեւ համայնքային խնդիրներն ու յառաջիկայ ընելիքները:
RA Ministry of Diaspora holds teleconference with members of the Swedish-Armenian community
(hayernaysor.am) On June 4, the Ministry of Diaspora of the Republic of Armenia held a teleconference with representatives of the Armenian community of Sweden. Among the participants from Armenia were RA Minister of Diaspora Hranush Hakobyan, Deputy Ministers Serzh Srapionyan and Vahagn Melikyan, Chief of Staff Firdus Zakaryan and other employees of the Ministry of Diaspora.
Among the participants from Sweden were Ambassador of the Republic of Armenia to Sweden Artak Apitonyan, Director of the Coordinating Center of Armenian Associations of Sweden and Chairman of the Swedish Armenian Committee for Justice and Democracy Arshak Gavafian, Chairwoman of ARS Sweden Silva Guluzian, as well as employees of the embassy and members of the Armenian community.
RA Minister of Diaspora Hranush Hakobyan greeted the participants of the teleconference and congratulated Arshak Gavafian on being elected director of the Coordinating Center of Armenian Associations of Sweden.
Touching upon the four-day war that took place in April, the Minister attached importance to the support that the Armenian community of Sweden provided to the Nagorno-Karabakh Republic and particularly stated the following: “After the four-day war in April, Diaspora Armenians became more united, organized rallies, protests, demonstrations and fundraisers and opened funds. The assistance continues. Today, our objective is to empower Armenia and Artsakh. Only a powerful Armenia can help solve the issue of Artsakh. We need to think about increasing Armenia’s reputation with our potential, knowledge and contacts. This should be the objective of every Armenian community of the Diaspora. The most important thing is to achieve international recognition of Artsakh.”
The Minister also attached importance to preservation of the Armenian identity as a major factor for preservation of the Armenian identity within the community.
RA Ambassador to Sweden Artak Apitonyan also expressed his greetings to the participants of the teleconference. He stated that the Armenian community of Sweden actively carries out pro-Armenian activities, adding that there are more Armenian Sunday schools and that the Armenian Apostolic and Catholic Churches are active.
The Ambassador attached special importance to youth involvement in the programs and events of community organizations.
Director of the Coordinating Center of Armenian Associations of Sweden Arshak Gavafian voiced hope that the teleconferences with the Ministry would be ongoing and that members of the community would be more involved in the programs of the RA Ministry of Diaspora. He stated that the Coordinating Center of Armenian Associations of Sweden and the Armenian National Committee of Sweden are lobbying and spreading information for a peaceful settlement of the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict and recognition of the Armenian Genocide.
The problems and future actions of the community were also discussed during the teleconference.
