Փետրուար 26, 2016-ին, Սերպիոյ հանրապետութեան նախագահ Թոմիսլաւ Նիքոլիչ, Պելկրատի նախագահական պալատէն ներս, ընդունեց հայկական պատուիրակութիւն մը՝ բաղկացած Հ.Յ.Դ. Եւրոպայի Հայ Դատի յանձնախումբի նախագահ Գասպար Կարապետեանէն, Ռումանիոյ Հայոց Առաջնորդ Գերշ. Տ. Տաթեւ եպսկ. Յակոբեան-Մուրատեանէն, Սերպիոյ հայկական համայնքի նախագահ՝ Սամուէլ Այվազեանէն եւ կիպրացի լրագրող, քաղաքագէտ Եանոս Խարալամպիտիսէն, որ հեղինակած է Արցախի շուրջ գիրք մը: Ներկայ էր նաեւ Սերպիոյ նախագահի խորհրդական, արտաքին գործոց նախկին նախարար՝ Իվան Մրքիչ, եւ այլ պաշտօնակատարներ:
Մէկ ժամ տեւած հանդիպման ընթացքին, Կարապետեան իր եւ Հայ Դատի յանձնախումբերու երախտագիտութիւնը յայտնեց պրն. նախագահին, իր զոյգ այցելութիւններուն համար Հայաստան, յատկապէս Ցեղասպանութեան հարիւրամեակին առթիւ տեղի ունեցած յիշատակման հանդիսութեանց: Կարապետեան նաեւ յայտնեց իր գոհունակութիւնը՝ ինչ կը վերաբերի Հայաստան-Սերպիա երկկողմանի յարաբերութիւններու լուրջ բարելաւումը, պրն. Նիքոլիչի նախագահութեան ընթացքին, յայտնելով նաեւ, Եւրոպայի Հայ Դատի յանձնախումբի պատրաստակամութիւնը ամեն կերպով օժանդակելու, ա’լ աւելի խորացնելու համար երկու երկիրներուն միջեւ յարաբերութիւնները:
Կարապետեան նաեւ անդրադարձաւ նաեւ Սերպոյ հայ համայնքին մասին, խնդրելով, որ պետութեան կողմէ հայկական համայնքին հողամաս մը տրամադրուի, ուր կարելի ըլլայ կառուցել եկեղեցի, դպրոց եւ հաւաքավայր մը: Խնդրանքին դրական կերպով ընդառաջեց հանրապետութեան նախագահը, յանձնարարելով իր օգնականներուն, որ համայնքին հետ գործակցաբար հարցին լուծում տրուի, որպէսզի Սերպիոյ հայութիւնը կարենայ պահպանել իր հաւատքը, լեզուն եւ աւանդոյթը:
Ն.Ս.Օ.Տ.Տ. Ամենայն Հայոց Կաթողիկոս Գարեգին Բ.-ի բարեմաղթութիւնները փոխանցեց Տաթեւ Սրբազանը, որ Աստուածամօր սրբանկարը փոխանցեց նախագահ Նիքոլիչին, որպէսզի զայն զետեղէ իր ծննդավայրը կառուցած սերպ ուղղափառ եկեղեցիէն ներս: Տաթեւ Սրբազան նշեց նաեւ, թէ Սերպիոյ եւ Հայաստանի եկեղեցիներուն յարաբերութիւները շատ լաւ մակարդակի վրայ են, տեղեկացնելով նաեւ, թէ ապագային կ’ակնկալուի Սերպիոյ Պատրիարքին այցելութիւնը Էջմիածին:
Սերպիոյ հանրապետութեան նախագահը, իր երախտագիտութիւնը յայտնեց Վեհափառին թանկագին սրբանկարին համար, եւ յատուկ շնորհակալութիւն յայտնեց Տաթեւ Սրբազանին, որ անձնապէս այցելեց՝ փոխանցելու համար Վեհափառին ուղարկած սրբանկարը: Պարոն նախագահը Գասպար կարապետեանին իր գոհունակութիւնը յայտնեց հանդիպման համար: Անդրադարձաւ Սերպիոյ եւ Հայաստանի միջեւ գոյութիւն ունեցող բարձր մակարդակի յարաբերութիւններուն մասին, շեշտելով, թէ իր երկու այցելութիւններուն թիրախը նաեւ այդ էր: Յատուկ նշում կատարեց այդ յուզումին մասին որ զգաց, երբ ներկայ եղաւ Ցեղասպանութեան հարիւրամեակի յիշատակման օրը, Ծիծեռնակաբերդ: Տեղեկացուց նաեւ, թէ երկու երկիրներուն միջեւ յարաբերութիւնները, աւելի պիտի սերտանան, եւ թէ այդ ուղղութեամբ ալ դերակատարութիւն պիտի ունենայ ՀՀ նախագահ՝ Սերժ Սարգսեանի այցելութիւնը Սերպիա, 2016-ի ընթացքին:
«Այսօր, Սերպիոյ յարգարժան նախագահ պրն. Թոմիսլաւ Նիքոլիչը, պատիւը ըրաւ ընդունելու մեր պատուիրակութիւնը: Ունեցանք արդիւնաւէտ հանդիպում եւ խօսակցութիւններ: Նոյնանման անցեալը եւ արժէքները որ ունինք սերպ ժողովուրդին հետ, եւ պատրաստակամութիւնը երկու երկիրներուն աւելի խորացնելու իրենց յարաբերութիւնները եւ գործակցութիւնը, պիտի ունենան տպաւորիչ արդիւնքներ: Պրն. նախագահը դրական կերպով ընդունեց մեր խնդրանքը՝ կապուած Սերպիոյ հայկական համայնքին, որ կը հաւատանք թէ, կարող է դերակատար ըլլալ երկու երկիրներուն հասարակութիւններուն միջեւ: Վստահ եմ, որ մօտ յառաջիկային, պիտի ունենանք առիթը քննարկելու սերպ պաշտօնակատարներու հետ, այլ քաղաքական հարցեր եւս, եւ հասնինք հասարակ յայտարարի մը, ի շահ մեր երկու երկիրներուն ժողովուրդներուն», նշեց Գասպար Կարապետեան հանդիպման աւարտին:

EAFJD led delegation in Belgrade, meets Tomislav Nikolić, President of Serbia
On February 26th 2016, the President of the Republic of Serbia H.E. Tomislav Nikolić met a delegation led by Mr. Kaspar Karampetian, President of the European Armenian Federation for Justice and Democracy (EAFJD), at the Presidential Palace in Belgrade. The delegation comprised of the Prelate of the Armenians of Romania Bishop Datev Hagopian-Mouradian, the President of the Armenian Community in Serbia Mr. Samvel Ayvazyan and Dr. Yiannos Charalampidis – journalist and author of books on Nagorno-Karabakh.
The adviser to the President of Serbia and former Minister of Foreign Affairs Mr. Ivan Mrkić also participated in the meeting.
During the one-hour meeting, Karampetian expressed his gratitude to President Nikolić for his two visits to Armenia, especially during the commemoration of the Centennial of the Armenian Genocide, on behalf of all the members of the Federation.
EAFJD President stressed his satisfaction regarding the improvement of the bilateral relations between the Republics of Serbia and Armenia, during President Nikolić’s term in office. He expressed the willingness of the EAFJD to use its whole potential to help further deepen the relations between the two countries. Mr. Karampetian introduced the head of the Armenian Community in Serbia Samvel Ayvazyan to President Nikolić and focused on the Armenian Community in Serbia.
Accepting Mr. Karampetian’s request to provide to the Armenian Community of Serbia with land so that it can build a church, school, as well as a meeting hall, President Nikolić instructed his team to examine the possibility to satisfy the needs of the community, to help the latter be better organized, take care of their faith, language and traditions.
On behalf of the His Holiness the Catholicos of All Armenians Karekin II, Bishop Datev presented an icon which was sent as a gift to the President of the Republic of Serbia. Bishop Datev, emphasized the excellent relations between the Serbian and Armenian Churches, mentioning that a visit of the Serbian Patriarch to the Holy See of Etchmiadzin is being planned.
President Nikolić expressed his gratitude to the Catholicos of all Armenians for the valuable gift and thanked especially Bishop Datev, for his visit to Belgrade, to personally present to him the icon and its history. The President of Serbia also expressed his satisfaction about this meeting and thanked the Armenian delegation for the visit to Belgrade. He also emphasized that his visits to Armenia aimed at deepening the relations between the two countries. President Nikolić spoke particularly warmly of his participation in the commemoration of the Centenary of the Armenian Genocide, when he personally represented the Republic of Serbia. President Nikolić informed that the relations will be deepened much more in the future and that he is looking forward to welcoming the President of Armenia Serzh Sargsyan to Serbia in 2016.
“Today we had the honor of being received by the President of Serbia H.E. Tomislav Nikolić, with whom we had a very fruitful meeting and discussion. We are certain that the common history and values that we share with the Serbian people and the willingness of both Serbia and Armenia to deepen their cooperation will lead to significant results in the future,” said Karampetian.
“The President was favorable to our request regarding the Armenian community in Serbia, which will play also an important role in strengthening the ties between the two societies. I am confident that in the future we will have the opportunity to discuss other political matters with Serbian officials and reach a common understanding for the benefit of our two peoples,” concluded Karampetian.

Եթե որեւէ մեկը հասկանում է հայերի տառապանքները, ապա դա Սերբիան է

«Ես հպարտ եմ, որ հնարավորություն ունեցա ելույթ ունենալ հայոց եղեռնի 100-րդ տարելիցի հիշատակի միջոցառումների առիթով եւ հայտարարել, որ եթե որեւէ մեկը կարող է զգալ այն դժբախտությունը, որը բաժին հասավ հայերին 1915 թվականին Օսմանյան կայսրությունում, ինչպես նաեւ դրա չսպիացող հետեւանքները, ապա դա Սերբիան է»,- հայտարարել է Նիկոլիչը:
Նա հույս է հայտնել, որ Հայաստանի նախագահ Սերժ Սարգսյանը մինչեւ տարեվերջ պաշտոնական այցով Բելգրադ կժամանի:
Nikolic: Serbs and Armenians have a lot in common
(inserbia.info) BELGRADE – Serbian President Tomislav Nikolic said Friday that the Serbs and Armenians have a lot in common, including the hardships they had gone through, adding that he hoped Armenian President Serge Sargsyan would visit Belgrade by the end of the current year.
Nikolic met on Friday with Kaspar Karampetian, president of the European Armenian Federation for Justice and Democracy, and Prelate of Armenians in Romania, Bishop Datev Hagopian.
Karampetian thanked Nikolic thanked for the reception, adding that the Serbian president’s personal contribution to the improvement of relations between the two countries was huge.
Bishop Hagopian told President Nikolic that an icon of the Mother of God he had brought as present from His Holiness Karekin II, Supreme Patriarch and Catholicos of All Armenians was intended for the St. Demetrios Monastery in Bajcetina and was there to remind us all of the closeness and friendship between the two peoples.
