GLENDALE—The Armenian National Committee of America–Glendale Chapter (ANCA-Glendale) has opened the applications process for its 2015 Summer Internship Program. The organization encourages graduating high school seniors and current undergraduate students to apply by visiting www.ancaglendale.org and submitting applications by 5 PM on Friday, May 22, 2015.
The ANCA-Glendale Summer Internship is a selective part-time program that provides student leaders with the opportunity to gain an in-depth understanding of local Armenian-American issues, while contributing to the organization’s broader advocacy pursuits. The program immerses students to the inner governing structures of Glendale, and provides the leadership training skills needed to compliment and shape their future political, and community organizing ambitions. In addition to networking with community leaders, interns participate in workshops featuring a variety of guest speakers including Glendale public officials, ANCA leadership, and specialists from the community. Summer interns will increase their knowledge of the history of the ANCA, the local elections process, grassroots community organizing, and gain professional skills such as public speaking, event planning, resume building, and media training.
“The ANCA-Glendale Internship Program aims to ignite the creativity and passion of our interns in a manner that will fuel their personal interests and inspire them to focus their passion constructively to get involved, and stay involved” stated Tigranna Zakaryan, ANCA-Glendale Community Outreach Coordinator. “I look forward to working closely with each intern to ensure they maximize this opportunity and attain the right tools to succeed academically, professionally, and as future community leaders” added Zakaryan.
The 2015 Summer Session will begin June 8, 2015, and end July 31, 2015. Applications for the internship are available on the ANCA-Glendale Chapter website at www.ancglendale.org and must be submitted by 5 PM on Friday, May 22, 2015. Qualified applicants will be invited for an interview before final selections are made.

ԿԼԵՆՏԷՅԼ.- Կլենտէյլի Հայ Դատի յանձնախումբը կը տեղեկացնէ, թէ այս տարուան ամառնային վարժողական ծրագիրին մասնակցիլ փափաքողները պէտք է իրենց դիմումնագիրները ամբողջացնեն մինչեւ Մայիս 22։
Վարժողական ծրագիրին կրնան մասնակցիլ այս տարեշրջանին երկրորդական վարժարաններէ շրջանաւարտ, ինչպէս նաեւ համալսարանական ուսանողներ։
