ANCA-ER Seeks Candidates for Director of Community Outreach and Communications Role

WATERTOWN, Mass.—The Armenian National Committee of America (ANCA) Eastern Region Board of Directors is seeking qualified candidates for its Community Outreach and Communications Director position. Those interested should e-mail a cover letter and resume by Feb. 15 to ancaer@anca.org.

The Director of Community Outreach and Communications will be responsible for executing the missions and goals of Hai Tahd in cooperation with the Board of Directors and the ANCA headquarters in Washington, D.C. As the community embarks on commemorating the 100th anniversary of the Armenian Genocide, special attention will be paid to increasing grassroots activism, fundraising, public education, and community engagement.

Qualified candidates should have experience in Hai Tahd work, including participating in congressional meetings, engaging with activists, planning and managing community events and public forums, and fundraising.

The position will be based in the ANCA Eastern Region office at the Hairenik Building in Watertown, Mass. Travel will be required throughout the region.
